Hi! I'm Kaitie, and I'm working as an executive assistant and a freelance artist. In my free time, I mostly sketch and explore styles to keep my skills up to date. My favorite themes are fantasy and sci-fi scenes from books, tabletop games, and video games.

Commission Process
I use Artistree for all commissions.
Artistree will update and track commission statuses automatically, to help keep you and me organized!
Step 1 - Request a Commission through Artistree
Artistree will ask for your name, email, and description of your commission. There are other questions and spaces for you to provide any kind of references (pictures, descriptions, music, whatever you feel will help me capture your idea).Step 2 - Your Request & Payment
When I accept your commission request, I will:
- set the price
- set Terms of Service (if different)
- send you a message!**When I decline your commission, you will receive a message or notice. It will move to the "Closed" column and will not fill a slot.If I accept, your commission request becomes a card on my dashboard! Artistree creates an invoice and sends it to you directly.When a payment is completed, the commission status changes to “In Progress”.Step 3 - Progress
If you decide to proceed and pay, I will send you a Work In Progress (WIP). This is NOT the final version.
In case your commission consist of multiple pieces, there may be more WIPs than normal. Submissions are numbered by version, and you can see each by clicking on the paintbrush icon.Once a WIP is posted, it will display the request as "Awaiting WIP approval." You can either approve or ask for a revision. The commission will remain in the "In Progress" column. You will receive notifications for any WIP, requests, communications, or other updates through Artistree.Step 4 - Final Version
I will submit a final version once approval of WIP is given, within an appropriate timeframe. Artistree will move your commission card into the "Awaiting Final Approval" column in the dashboard. You must accept the final version to complete the commission!At this point, you can accept or request a revision. You should click the "Accept Final" button to close the commission request.

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before requesting a commission. Your request and commission exchange is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all commissioners who access or submit a commission request.
By submitting a request, you hereby agree with the Terms of Service.
Prices - I don't have an exact price sheet because the requests vary too much. Please contact me with your idea and I'll provide you with an estimation. On Artistree, there is a range given for the average commission price. However, the set price is curated to your request.
Time - Normally, I do not guarantee fixed dates (I give an estimate of time -- not exact or fixed). However, if you have a deadline please let me know and we'll see if we can find a solution.
Number of variations in the rough sketching phase - Most of the time two or three sketch variations are enough to figure out what would suit your vision best, but in rare cases where we can't find a good solution we can either drop the commission or we can keep trying different approaches. These depend on the piece's complexity and will be presented through this platform.
I mostly do sketches, but I'm open to fully rendered pieces as well. These take much longer to finish, so let me know what you have in mind.
I'm comfortable with fantasy characters, and most likely will do character designs, scenes, couple and group pictures.
Subjects I'm not proficient in are buildings/architecture, cyber/armor, and creature design.
I won't do NSFW art or gore.
I may terminate or suspend access to my services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Usage and Copyright - You can use the finished piece for personal uses only - you are free to post and share the art at any time as long as credit to the artist is included and no profit is being made. For commercial work please contact me in email to discuss use and copyright.
I maintain my right to publish all commissioned work on my social media. If you have time-sensitive requests (like the piece was a gift for someone), let me know and I won't post until your preferred date occurs.
The works created and or generated by me are not for sale elsewhere nor to be used as Non-fungible Tokens (NFT). I refuse any commission requests to be used for/as NFTs.
My artworks are not generated with artificial intelligence and I refuse to include it in any database. Any commission requests to be used for/with/included in AI artwork will be refused.
If I find out that you support anything against my T.o.S., I will refuse the request and or I will cancel the commission if it has already started. You will be blocked, blacklisted, and not receive a refund.
